Stag Report

About us

We took the worst job at the wedding and built a machine for it.

Stag Report is the command centre for the modern best man — the one place to enrol the party, plan the weekend, track who has actually paid, and turn the whole thing into a keepsake nobody will be allowed to forget.

The problem we kept living

Every best man learns the same lesson the hard way: the stag do is not a party you attend, it is a project you run. Fourteen group chats, a spreadsheet that lies to you, deposits paid by one poor soul and “sorted later”, a destination half the lads still cannot spell, and a creeping dread that someone has not actually paid. The fun is real. The admin is brutal. We built Stag Report because the tools people were using — a notes app, a WhatsApp thread and blind optimism — were never designed for the job.

What we actually do

One dossier holds the whole weekend. The best man enrols the party by email; everyone gets a free account on their own phone. The itinerary, the auto-generated pub crawl with real venues and a shareable route map, the kitty, the RSVPs and the photo missions all live in one place. When the weekend kicks off, the clock starts, the games unlock, and the evidence gets logged. At the end, it is bound into a final report — and, if you want it, a printed keepsake — that becomes the official record of the carnage.

Built in Britain, for British stags

We are a small, independent team based in the North West of England, operating from Ormskirk, Lancashire. Our editorial guides are written from real experience rather than recycled listicles — by people who have run the weekends, chased the money and carried the emergency kit. You can read the people behind the words on our editor’s page, and the guides themselves in The Handbook.
