About Stag Report

Stag Report is the stag-do operating system for best men — one private app to plan the weekend, run it live, and deliver a roast report the groom will never live down. Here's who builds it, and how we treat your weekend.

Experience — we've actually done this

Stag Report was built by people who've organised, attended, survived and been thoroughly humiliated on more stag dos than is strictly healthy. Every feature exists because a real weekend needed it: the kitty maths that never adds up, the group chat nobody reads, the photos scattered across fifteen phones, the story everyone half-remembers. We built the tool we always wished we'd had.

Expertise — this is all we do

We don't sell holidays, packages or add-ons. We make one thing: software that plans and runs a stag do end to end. That focus is why the budgeting, the itinerary, the live tracking, the games and the final roast all fit together properly — instead of being six disconnected tools bolted onto a booking funnel.

Authoritativeness — practical, not padded

Our guides and calculators are written from lived stag-do experience and grounded in real UK costs and logistics, not scraped filler. Where we give budget figures, they reflect genuine per-head ranges by city. Where we give advice, it's the advice we'd give a mate who'd just been handed the best-man job.

Trust — your weekend stays yours

Every operation is locked behind password accounts. The ledger, the Ledger of Shame and the final roast stay sealed until the reveal — the groom sees nothing he isn't meant to. Nothing is public, nothing is sold, and nothing leaves the group. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Our editorial standards

  • Written by stag-do veterans. Every guide is drafted from first-hand experience of planning and running stags, then checked for accuracy before it's published.
  • Real numbers. Budget ranges reflect genuine UK per-head costs by city and are reviewed periodically as prices move.
  • British English, plain and practical. No filler, no fear-mongering, no lead-capture forms in front of the answer.
  • Kept clean. Affectionate and ironic, never cruel — no slurs, nothing illegal, dangerous or degrading. The wit comes from formality, not profanity.
  • Corrections welcome. Spot something off? Tell us and we'll fix it.
