Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using Stag Report you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above.

2. Who can use it

Stag Report is for adults aged 18 or over. By enrolling party members you confirm they are adults too, and that they're content to take part.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. Members join a stag from a one-tap link and don't need an account of their own.

4. Acceptable use & content

You're responsible for the content you and your party add — names, notes, photos and videos. Keep it lawful and keep it kind-hearted. In particular you must not use Stag Report to create or share anything that is:

• • illegal, dangerous or that encourages harm;
• • hateful, discriminatory, or that contains slurs;
• • degrading, harassing, or shared without the subject's consent;
• • sexual content or nudity.

The fun here is embarrassing, not harmful — affectionate ribbing, not cruelty. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. The bot-assisted roast & speeches

The roast, honours and speeches are drafted by an automated text assistant from the details you and your party record and the notes you add, for entertainment. You add the human steer; the assistant does the writing. The output may be imperfect or inaccurate — read it before you share it, and use your judgement. You're responsible for how you use it.

6. Payments

You can plan and run a small stag for free. Larger parties and the Final Dispatch (the bot-assisted roast, full record and optional printed keepsake) are a one-off charge, from £9.99 per stag, taken securely via Stripe. Members never pay. As the report is digital content generated on demand, please be sure before you unlock it; this does not affect your statutory rights. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll put it right. Printed keepsakes are produced and posted by a third-party print partner.

7. Your content & our software

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it so we can provide the service (including generating your report). We own the Stag Report software, brand and site; you may not copy or resell them.

8. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep Stag Report running but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Stag Report and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law
